Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting or telesales.
• Confident phone manner and resilience to rejection.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce.
• Organised diary management and accurate note-taking.
• A quiet home workspace and stable fibre connection.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn to book meetings
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria before booking
• Keep the CRM current with notes, outcomes and next steps
• Confirm and remind attendees to protect show‑up rates
• Hit weekly booked‑meeting targets
