Cherry Assistant LLC is hiring an Interview Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment engagement. This full-time, fully remote role supports a US-based company and requires conducting first-round interviews, following structured scripts, and maintaining professionalism across conversations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruitment, strong English, and proven ability to manage large pipelines while working from home in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in recruitment/high-volume interviewing.
• 1+ years working from home.
• Fluent English with business-level proficiency.
• Excellent listening and ability to follow a structured process.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage large candidate pipelines.
• Based in South Africa and available for US business hours.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first contact, making outbound calls to applicants.
• Conduct back-to-back first-round interviews about every 20 minutes.
• Follow structured interview scripts and evaluation criteria.
• Ask screening questions to assess qualifications, availability, fit.
• Take detailed notes in the ATS immediately after interviews.
• Maintain a professional tone representing the client’s brand.
• Manage time to stay on schedule in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate with internal teams to flag promising candidates.
