Placements24 is seeking a remote Insurance Sales Executive to expand the client base across South Africa. This fully remote role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships from anywhere in the country.

You will generate leads, assess client needs, and present policy solutions while aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets. You will maintain CRM records and contribute to a proactive sales culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance/financial services.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting.
