Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Insurance Policy Administrator to manage policies from anywhere. Based out of Klerksdorp but working fully online, you will handle issuance, renewals, endorsements and client queries with accuracy and professionalism.

You will coordinate with sales and claims, maintain digital records, and provide excellent remote support. The role offers fully remote flexibility, health cover, paid time off and opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in insurance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work remotely.
• Strong written and verbal communication for remote interactions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration of various insurance policies (new business, renewals, endorsements).
• Process policy changes accurately in policy admin system.
• Respond to policyholder inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Generate policy documents, certificates, and related correspondence.
• Coordinate with sales and claims to ensure a seamless customer experience.
