Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, specifically within higher education or online learning environments.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, online pedagogy, and universal design for learning (UDL).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop online course content and learning modules for university-level programs, ensuring high engagement and pedagogical effectiveness.
• Collaborate with faculty to translate subject matter expertise into structured, interactive online learning experiences.
• Create multimedia assets, including video scripts, interactive simulations, and engaging assessments.
• Implement best practices in instructional design, learning technologies, and accessibility standards for online education.
• Manage multiple course development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality guidelines.
