Huzzle is a London-based studio connecting talent with luxury photography experiences for a global client base. This Inside Sales Representative role emphasizes high-empathy discovery calls, qualifying guests, and booking life-changing sessions.

You will own the sales process, manage objections, hit ambitious targets, and maintain a high show and conversion rate while working remotely on a GMT-aligned schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven B2C sales with direct consumer targets.
• Experience performing discovery calls, qualifying leads and selling high-ticket services.
• Exceptional empathy for sensitive, personal conversations.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Able to work a Wednesday–Sunday schedule including evenings.
• Data-driven with clear KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume discovery calls with leads from social ads.
• Respond to inquiries quickly to maintain 'Speed to Lead'.
• Qualify guests for luxury photography experiences.
• Handle objections and close bookings at a high rate.
• Maintain high show rates and perform diligent follow-ups.
• Manage calendars and keep detailed CRM notes.
• Aim for 20+ qualified bookings per week.
