Placements24 seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure development projects. This role offers full remote flexibility, enabling you to contribute significantly from your location.

You will manage all phases of infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in infrastructure management and a proven track record of delivering complex projects within roads, utilities, or public facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within infrastructure development.
• Proven track record of managing diverse infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, public facilities).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience in contract management and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure projects within deadlines and budget.
• Acquire resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular progress updates.
• Ensure project deliverable quality and oversee site management activities where applicable.
• Conduct post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.
