Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure initiatives. This remote-first role requires directing end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating dispersed teams across regions.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and engage stakeholders from government agencies and contractors. A bachelor's in civil/construction, PMP, and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects (civil works, utilities, transportation).
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders using virtual collaboration tools.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
