Job summary

Placements24 currently seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee critical infrastructure development projects with full remote flexibility. You’ll manage all phases from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness while coordinating resources and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure PM, strong leadership, and knowledge of construction standards. Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD is preferred; PMP certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within infrastructure development.
• Proven track record managing diverse infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, facilities).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage remote teams.
• Experience in contract management and procurement processes.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure projects according to deadlines and budget.
• Acquire resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables aligned with client requirements.
• Develop and manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with stakeholders; provide progress updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and oversee site management where applicable.
• Conduct post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.
• Maintain clear, comprehensive project documentation.
