Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead critical IT infrastructure initiatives in a fully remote role. You will plan, execute, and finalize projects spanning network upgrades, cloud migrations, data center operations, and cybersecurity, coordinating with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 7+ years in PM with IT infra focus, and PMP is a strong asset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- PMP certification is a strong asset.
- 7+ years of experience in project management with IT infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), networks and cybersecurity.
- Strong ITIL knowledge and best practices for IT service management.
- Excellent leadership and remote communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors and service providers.
- Manage execution, monitor progress and address deviations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate status and outcomes to technical teams and senior management.
