Placements24 is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and delivery of both physical and IT infrastructure initiatives. The role may be remote, with coordination across engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, 7+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of infrastructure project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including planning, design, execution, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and resource utilization, providing regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
