Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Industrial Chemical Engineer to oversee and optimize chemical manufacturing processes from a distance. This role focuses on analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing remote-driven improvements across multiple sites to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations.

You will leverage statistical analysis, data visualization and process simulation tools to drive productivity and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in industrial chemical operations and process optimization.
• Proven experience with PSM and environmental compliance.
• Strong data analysis and remote collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to monitor performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop strategies to reduce costs, improve energy efficiency, and minimize waste.
• Oversee PSM initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams to troubleshoot and support continuous improvement.
• Manage capital expenditure projects for process upgrades.
