Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with strong quality focus.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in SPC and quality analysis tools.
- Experience with root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone).
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and refine quality control procedures and inspection plans.
- Implement and manage SPC across manufacturing lines.
- Design processes to ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance.
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement projects.
- Develop training on quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering to embed quality in new products.
- Conduct internal audits of quality systems and processes.
