Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software and SPC.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes impact on quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QMS for manufacturing processes in Rustenburg.
• Apply SPC techniques to monitor and control process variability.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Develop and implement CAPA for quality deviations.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure new products and processes meet quality standards.
• Create and update quality-related documentation, including work instructions, specifications, and validation protocols.
• Train production and quality personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor key quality metrics and report on performance to management.
• Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO certifications) and ensure compliance.
