Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer focused on Quality Systems and Process Improvement to join a remote-first team. You will develop and maintain QMS, perform CAPA, and drive Six Sigma/Lean projects across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial/Quality Engineering, 4+ years of experience, ISO 9001/IATF 16949 familiarity, and strong data analytics. Remote collaboration with production and engineering teams is essential, along with audits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field.
• 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and quality tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and quality management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
• Identify root causes of defects and implement CAPA strategies.
• Lead Six Sigma and Lean improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits of processes and systems.
• Develop and deliver training on quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with design/engineering to embed quality in new products.
