You will design, implement, and maintain QMS aligned with ISO and international standards, drive audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement across operations, including remote sites. Strong leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration are essential to elevate quality and regulatory compliance worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Min 7 years in industrial engineering with a strong focus on quality management systems and compliance.
• Experience implementing ISO 9001 or other relevant QMS standards.
• Remote-capable with excellent communication for global teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage QMS aligned with ISO and international standards.
• Lead internal and external audits for compliance.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and CAPA.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Train teams on quality systems and best practices.
