Placements24 is seeking an Industrial Engineer specializing in Quality Systems and Compliance in a fully remote role. The candidate will develop and maintain the QMS, conduct internal audits, analyze quality data, and drive CAPA actions across manufacturing and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Quality Management, 4+ years in quality/industrial engineering, and proficiency with Minitab/JMP for SPC and data analysis. Remote work setup is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering or industrial engineering with a strong focus on quality systems.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, ISO 9001 standards, and auditing techniques.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for SPC and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operational workflows.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence teams remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Design and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and improve statistical process control (SPC) methodologies and tools.
• Create and update quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.
• Monitor key quality metrics and provide regular reports to management on performance and trends.
• Support external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Stay abreast of evolving quality regulations and industry standards.
