Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Industrial Engineer with expertise in quality systems to contribute to operational excellence remotely. You will develop, implement, and maintain robust quality control and assurance processes across all production and service operations.

You will analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects, and implement CAPA for continual improvement. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years in QA/QC, with experience in SPC,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering with QA/QC focus.
Experience with quality management systems, SPC, and Six Sigma.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and audit procedures.
Strong data analysis and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001.
Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes.
Design and implement CAPA to address issues and prevent recurrence.
Develop and conduct training on quality standards and procedures.
Lead and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Collaborate with cross-location teams to integrate quality into design.
