You will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven strategies to raise output across functions, with a focus on insight-driven decisions and measurable performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, OR related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering focusing on productivity analysis and process optimization.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL and advanced Excel.
• Experience with process mapping and simulation software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify drivers of productivity and improvement areas.
• Develop models and simulations to assess impact of process changes.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs related to productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate remotely with department heads to implement productivity initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
