Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of complex process optimization strategies across multiple locations. Utilize advanced data analytics and simulation tools to model and improve manufacturing workflows. Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies in a remote-first environment. Collaborate with virtual cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, and IT, to achieve strategic goals. Develop and maintain global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
