Lead the development and implementation of complex process optimization strategies across multiple locations. Utilize advanced data analytics and simulation tools to model and improve manufacturing workflows. Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies in a remote-first environment. Collaborate with virtual cross-functional teams, including operations, R&D, and IT, to achieve strategic goals. Develop and maintain global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers remotely, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process improvement and operations. Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced statistical analysis. Proven ability to manage complex projects remotely and lead virtual teams effectively. Proficiency in process simulation software, data visualization tools, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills suitable for remote collaboration.
