This fully remote role leverages IoT, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in industrial engineering with a focus on digital systems, Industry 4.0, and remote collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in industrial engineering with digital transformation, automation and data analytics.
• Proven experience with Industry 4.0 concepts, IoT platforms, and data visualization tools.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data analysis and automation (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with simulation software and digital modeling tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital solutions to optimize manufacturing and operational processes, focusing on automation and data integration.
• Analyze process data using advanced analytical tools to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Develop digital twins, simulation models, and predictive analytics for process monitoring and control.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and R&D, to integrate digital solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning) for their application in process optimization.
• Develop and document digital process workflows, SOPs, and technical specifications.
• Lead pilot projects for digital process implementations and oversee scaling strategies.
• Train and support users on new digital tools and processes, fostering digital literacy within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture and advanced analytics capabilities.
