Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

• Proven leadership of digital transformation projects including IoT/AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a remote digital transformation strategy for industrial operations.
• Oversee evaluation and implementation of IoT, data analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools.
• Define KPIs and implement data collection and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate integration with ERP/MES and ensure data flow.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of engineers and data specialists.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and R&D to align strategies.
• Promote adoption of digital tools and provide training.
• Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends and cybersecurity practices.
