Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Industrial Engineer specializing in digital transformation initiatives. The role centers on leveraging industrial engineering principles with digital technologies to optimize client operations from a home office, delivering scalable, integrated solutions across diverse industries.

You will design transformation roadmaps, implement IoT, AI/ML, and automation, and develop KPIs to quantify impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial engineering experience with a focus on digital transformation.
• Experience implementing digital solutions such as IoT, AI/ML, RPA, or advanced analytics in industrial/operational contexts.
• Strong data modeling, database management, and business intelligence skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage remote projects.
