- Master's degree required in a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a digital transformation focus.
- Proven track record leading digital initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
- Deep understanding of Industry 4.0, IoT, data analytics, AI and ML.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation strategy for industrial engineering functions focusing on automation and data analytics.
- Identify and evaluate IoT, AI, ML, and Big Data technologies for operations.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps with ROI and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with IT, data science, and operations to integrate digital tools.
- Oversee pilots and full deployments, ensuring adoption and performance.
- Define data requirements, analytics strategies, and reporting frameworks.
- Train and mentor teams on new digital tools and methodologies.
- Stay updated on Industry 4.0 practices and technology advancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
- Foster a data-driven operational culture.
