Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with emphasis on data science and automation.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or smart manufacturing.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Python, R, SQL), visualization software (Tableau, Power BI), and simulation software.
• Familiarity with IoT platforms, cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML concepts in manufacturing.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment of client manufacturing processes for digital transformation opportunities (IoT, AI, automation).
• Design and develop digital twin models and simulation environments for production systems.
• Implement data analytics platforms and dashboards for actionable insights into operational performance.
• Develop strategies for integrating advanced manufacturing technologies (robotics, cobots).
• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital solutions.
• Provide remote technical support and guidance to clients during implementation and operation phases.
• Develop training materials and conduct remote training sessions for client personnel.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in industrial automation and digital manufacturing.
• Contribute to IP and best practices for digital transformation initiatives.
