- 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering with digital transformation exposure.
- Experience implementing digital manufacturing solutions, data analytics platforms, or IoT projects.
- Strong understanding of automation, cloud computing, and data science.
- Excellent remote collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead complex projects in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and recommend advanced digital technologies, including IoT, AI, and advanced analytics, for operational enhancement.
- Design and model digital solutions to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chains, and data management.
- Collaborate remotely with IT, engineering, and operations teams to integrate new digital systems and ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop strategies for the implementation and scaling of digital manufacturing initiatives across the organization.
- Analyze process data to identify insights and opportunities for automation and predictive maintenance.
- Provide technical guidance and support for digital transformation projects, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
