You will lead cross-functional digital projects, develop analytics for predictive maintenance and process optimization, and mentor teams on digital engineering best practices from a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on digital transformation.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI/ML, IoT platforms and big data analytics in an industrial context.
• Proven ability to lead global transformation projects and influence senior stakeholders remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives across global manufacturing operations.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML and analytics models for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and quality control.
• Architect and integrate IoT solutions for real-time data collection and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT, R&D, and operations worldwide to align digital strategies.
