You will develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance program, conduct risk assessments, and advise across departments on data privacy, anti-corruption, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 6+ years in corporate compliance.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of SA legislation: POPIA, Companies Act, King IV.

• Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits across units.
• Advise on regulatory requirements for data privacy and anti-corruption.
