This role is essential for ensuring seamless HR operations across the organization, providing support for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. You will be instrumental in maintaining a strong company culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws, regardless of employee location. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote-first environment , is highly organized, and possesses excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment for various roles, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
• Facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for all new hires, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
• Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) with accurate employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
• Support compliance efforts related to employment laws and regulations, ensuring adherence across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong understanding of core HR functions.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work setting.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and standard office productivity software.
