Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a technically proficient HR Systems Analyst to manage and optimize HRIS across multiple sites, operating remotely. The role focuses on data accuracy, security, and effective system utilization to improve HR service delivery.

You will administer HRIS platforms, generate reports and dashboards, support users, and collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders on upgrades while ensuring POPIA compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/HR or a related field.
• 3-5 years of HRIS experience in similar roles.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Support HR teams with system queries and training.
• Collaborate with IT and HR to implement upgrades.
• Analyze HR processes and propose system improvements.
• Ensure data privacy compliance (POPIA) within HRIS.
