Placements24 is seeking a technically proficient HR Systems Analyst to manage and optimize HRIS across multiple sites, operating remotely. The role focuses on data accuracy, security, and effective system utilization to improve HR service delivery.

You will administer HRIS platforms, generate reports and dashboards, support users, and collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders on upgrades while ensuring POPIA compliance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is looking for a technically proficient and analytical HR Systems Analyst to manage and optimize their Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) from a remote location, supporting operations across various sites including Upington . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and security of HR data, as well as supporting HR processes through effective system utilization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions and HRIS platforms, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. You will be instrumental in maximizing the value derived from our HR technology investments and improving HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
• Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support HR teams with system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing training on HRIS functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new HR technology solutions.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., POPIA) within the HRIS.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or similar role.
• Proven experience with HRIS administration, configuration, and reporting (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM).
