Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Human Resources Specialist to join a fully remote team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR data management and policy adherence. You will work with colleagues across locations to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR, 2+ years in HR support, and proficiency with HRIS and Excel. Strong organization, communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and HR policies.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.
