Placements24 is seeking a forward-thinking Remote Human Resources Manager to lead HR for a distributed workforce. This fully remote role requires excellence in managing virtual teams, shaping remote culture, and leveraging technology to deliver HR services across locations.

You will develop HR strategies that boost engagement, productivity, and well-being, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, incl. 2+ years managing remote teams.

Requirements
