About the Role

Our client is looking for a visionary and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function entirely remotely, supporting operations from anywhere but ideally with a connection to Sandton. This executive role is responsible for setting the HR agenda, developing and implementing global HR strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. You will oversee all aspects of human capital management, including talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, employee engagement, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and values.
