About the Role

Our client, a leading global SaaS company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote HR Manager to lead their HR operations for their operations in South Africa . This pivotal role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization. As a fully remote position, you will leverage your expertise to manage all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures, and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees.
• Implement and manage performance management systems to drive employee development and engagement.
• Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with all South African labor laws and regulations.
• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leadership and managers on HR-related matters.
• Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management and succession planning.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a technology or SaaS environment.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR initiatives.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR technology.
• Experience in managing remote teams and fostering a remote-first culture is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
