About the Role

Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other relevant HR technologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, OD, and change management.
