Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage competitive programs in Randburg. You will analyze market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR stakeholders to deliver exceptional C&B solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in salary surveys and benefits benchmarking.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law related to remuneration and benefits.
• Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer the company's compensation structure, including salary ranges, job grading, and incentive programs.
• Manage employee benefits programs, such as medical aid, retirement funds, group life cover, and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the competitiveness of compensation and benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
• Administer payroll processes related to compensation changes and benefit deductions.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and management on C&B related matters in Randburg.
