Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in Compensation and Benefits management.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with compensation survey data.
• Proficiency in HRIS and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent understanding of South African labor laws related to remuneration.
