Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting national employees, including in Mahikeng. You will design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs, conduct market research, and administer health, retirement, and leave plans.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in C&B, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of SA legislation. The role offers a remote-friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of specialized experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in C&B data analysis tools.
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and SA legislation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, suitable for remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage competitive salary structures, job grading, and incentive programs.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulations.
• Provide expert advice to HR and management on compensation and benefits matters.
