Somewhere is seeking an HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle across the holding company and portfolio entities. This remote role supports staff in South Africa and the Philippines, collaborating directly with leadership to implement policies and scalable HR processes.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding in Rippling, payroll inputs, benefits administration, compliance, and performance processes while maintaining audit-ready records and timely reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, state paid leave).
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS and processing payroll.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting and onboarding for all roles, including background checks and offers.
• Administer Rippling as the single source of employee data and records.
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with finance to resolve discrepancies.
