The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/psychology and at least 3 years of HR Generalist experience. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office are essential for success in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as HR Generalist or similar role.
• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR policy inquiries from employees and management.
• Support recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding with accurate documentation.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS with confidentiality.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and programs.
• Advise managers on basic employee relations and performance issues.
