Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Generalist to support a globally distributed, remote-first team. You will provide expert guidance on HR matters, drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, and strengthen company culture across regions.

The role requires a Master’s in HR or related field and 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with strong knowledge of employment law and HRIS systems. Flexible hours and remote collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HRM, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Strong understanding of employment law across jurisdictions is advantageous.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships remotely.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR issues, including employee relations and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR programs aligned with company goals.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and talent development processes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and legislation across regions.
• Collaborate with global HR projects and leverage remote collaboration tools.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR data integrity.
