You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs aligned with SA labor laws, conduct audits, and provide guidance on regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes staying current with BCEA, EEA, and LRA changes, delivering training, and handling inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Compliance Specialist or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience in conducting HR audits and risk assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR compliance programs and policies.
• Ensure adherence to national and provincial labor laws, including BCEA, EEA, and LRA.
• Conduct regular HR audits to identify compliance risks and recommend actions.
• Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and advise the organization.
