Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, HR, or related field.
• At least 4 years in HR compliance or employment law.
• Strong knowledge of SA labor legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, OH&S Act).
• Experience with HR audits and compliance programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with SA labor laws.
• Conduct internal audits of HR practices, payroll, and record-keeping for non-compliance.
• Monitor changes in labor legislation and advise on policy updates.
• Manage administration of employee contracts to meet legal requirements.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related employee concerns and grievances.
