The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Law or HR, 5+ years in HR compliance, and deep knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, BBBEE codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labour law, including BCEA, LRA, EEA, and BBBEE codes.
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance frameworks and conducting audits.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations.
