Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote HR Business Partner to support stakeholders remotely from Upington. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, offering expert guidance on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations while operating in a fully remote capacity.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 7+ years of HR experience, including HRBP work, with strong consulting and remote collaboration skills, and solid knowledge of SA labor

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or MBA.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles.
• Strong strategic HR planning, talent management, and organizational effectiveness experience.
• Excellent influencing, coaching, and communication skills for remote work.
• Knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business goals.
• Provide expert counsel on talent acquisition, development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Address employee relations issues, guiding managers through disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee buy-in.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Champion the company's culture and values, promoting employee engagement and a positive work environment.
