Placements24 is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to guide strategic HR initiatives across a fully remote organization. This role partners with leadership to align people strategy with business goals, manage talent, design org structures, and lead change in dispersed teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of BP experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and a proven track record of influencing executives from a remote setting.

Qualifications

Master's degree in HRM or MBA required.
8+ years HR experience, with significant BP experience.
Strong employment law knowledge and HR best practices.
Proven remote work success.

Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters.
Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and development.
Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
Drive organizational change initiatives and support workforce planning.
Partner with HR centers of excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
