Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel reservations, travel agencies, or customer service roles is essential.
• Proficiency with PMS and online booking engines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Confirm booking details, process payments, and issue confirmations.
• Assist guests with inquiries regarding room types, availability, pricing, and policies.
• Process modifications, cancellations, and special requests for existing reservations.
• Upsell room upgrades and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
