Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in real estate sales with a strong track record of high-volume transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
• Solid understanding of the residential property market in and around Klerksdorp.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital sales tools and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
