Job summary

High Rise Financial is seeking a results-driven SDR to generate qualified opportunities through high-volume outbound calls to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations. You will schedule meetings for senior sales consultants, conduct discovery on financing needs, and document all interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales, business development, SDR, BDR or similar roles.
• Proven success making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Strong CRM usage experience; Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and exec decision-makers.
• Ability to handle objections and gatekeepers.
• Fluent English with clear communication.
• Quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities by outbound outreach to physician practices, surgery centers, and healthcare organizations.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales consultants; conduct discovery to understand financial goals and financing needs.
• Document interactions and follow-ups in the CRM; maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets; research and identify prospects in assigned territories.
